Carlie was helpful and forthcoming with information and detail throughout the sales process. Having opted to undertake sale by auction she ensured that we were fully aware of all aspects of the process including arranging two meetings with the auctioneer leading up to the auction day. When we decided to accepted a direct offer on the eve of the auction Carlie went out of her way to ensure that the deal was struck and paperwork signed on time in line with the conditions of the offer, obtaining the final signature late in the evening and negotiating a favourable price on our behalf.
