Our experience with Louise was mostly pleasant, however there were a few hiccups during the process that stemmed back to miscommunications within the agency, and with the seller. Louise undoubtedly has great knowledge of Hilton and its surroundings, and this was shown throughout our purchasing experience. She was professional in all dealings which was a delight, and able to answer any questions that arose.
