Michael from the start was very informative and a great communicator. Our group chat was a key to keeping the 3 of us in the loop. Even if we had a no show at inspections he would still reach out to let know of the update. He achieved the price we were wanting despite the market at the time a bit unpredictable and not knowing what interest rates were going to do. All in all I would highly recommend Michael.
