Gavin's knowledge of the local market was up to date and spot on the money. After having a number of other agents come through the property, Gavin recommended marketing the property for far more than the other agents recommendations. We were a bit unsure however we took a leap of faith and trusted him and it certainly paid off. Open house day there was so much interest and the house sold after the first open.
