Very professional service. Gav and Bel went above and beyond with our sale. When issues arose with conveyancing, solicitors and the other party, they stepped in to assist. Property was sold quickly at a price we were very happy with, and without fuss. They knew the market and were able to tap into prospective buyers and secure a fair price for all. I particularly like their communication and that they let the seller set their fees based on results. Have used them since, and will use them again. Highly recommend.

My experience selling with white rhino was exceptional We had and acceptable offer to have the buyer pull out at the start of Covid times Both Gav and Bel respectfully continued contact with the original buyer and awaiting them through the purchasing process to a point where a new offer was accepted. Gavin and Bel were fantastic agents and not only sold our first family home but also help us buy our next home. Gavin and Bel know the local Googong and surrounding market the best. While the original property appraisal provided wasn't in the price range we wanted, it was honest and reliable. Bel and Gavin not only beat original price guide, they eclipsed it (whilst in the midst of Covid), allowing us to buy a far bigger new home without dipping into savings. Even with Covid restrictions hitting the real estate market, Bel and Gavin gave us the confidence we needed to put our home on the market and receive the best result. We had three offers and we sold within the first week of open homes with Covid restrictions in place. Gavin and Belinda are agents and also great individuals to talk with. They were always available by phone or text to answer those burning urgent/worrying questions that you have as a seller. We will definitely be returning clients and couldn't recommend Gavin, Bel and their white rhino team enough.

Living 6 hrs away from Googong it was a little stressful trying to find the perfect house (especially considering we only had 2 months to find the one). Gav and Bel were super helpful, friendly and well informed of the area. They were always available for a chat and were able to accommodate to my schedule for viewings and whatnot. They showed us through a few houses before they hit the market. This was super exciting and showed us that they cared and took our desire t purchase a property seriously. We found our perfect home and they were nothing but super helpful and kind. This was the first home we have ever purchased (which is very daunting)!! I am sure I asked a lot of silly questions but they answered them all and definitely did not make me feel like a fool. After the purchase was made I contacted Bel a few times with specifics about the house (as I was 6 hours away). She always chased up what I was after and in a timely manner. I would recommend Gav and Bel to anyone interested in the Googong area. They are really lovely professionals.
