Gav and Bel at White Rhino are amazing agents and just really nice people. They managed to get me an offer on my current property before even going to market and I also purchased my next property from them and the whole process was smooth and seamless. They were always available for any query no matter how trivial it was and were all over it straight away. Their knowledge of the local market is second to none and the number of listings they have backs this up. I would not hesitate to recommend White Rhino!

Buying my first home was a very scary experience filled with frustration of dealing with Real Estate Agents, until I came across Gavin and Belinda. It was evident that all other Agents I had dealt with just wanted my money and didn't care much for what was a good investment for me (nor did they even listen to what I was saying). Gavin and Belinda however listened intently to everything I said, were completely honest and transparent with their dealings with me, and completely flawed me with their market knowledge and advice for a rather ignorant first home buyer. Their communication was impeccable and did not wane throughout the sale process, they kept me updated all throughout the process and advised what would typically happen next with timeframes etc. I cannot believe how simple and easy my first home buyer situation was and I really do owe it all to the experience, professionalism, and continued communication from Gavin and Belinda. I would 100% recommend them to every buyer, and would definitely be seeking their expertise if I ever sell my current property or seek to purchase another, because I know from experience that they do right by both the seller and buyer and definitely do justice for the properties they have listed. Thank you both again for such a smooth buying experience!!

We were looking at another property that White Rhino also had in their books and Belinda Maggs greeted us. We weren't interested in that property so we kept looking. When we first visited 26 Plummer Street, Belinda was there again and she actually remembered us and asked us lots of questions about our needs/wants regarding the house of our dreams. We asked her to see the house another two times and she was very diligent and pleasant. The 3rd time we saw the property, Gavin was present and they both answered all of our questions which finally lead us to make our final decision and put an offer on the house. Our settlement is in 10 days and so far everything has been super smooth. Our experience has been phenomenal.

My fiancé and I recently purchased our first home through White Rhino. We cannot thank both Gavin and Belinda enough for making the process so seamless! They were always prompt in replying to messages and always flexible around our shift worker schedules. It is clear why this agency has such an excellent reputation in the area and we would highly recommend them to anyone either buying or selling in Googong!

We purchased a block of land through Gavin shortly after it was listed for sale. Gavin was pleasant and easy to deal with and did not apply any pressure sales tactics. The sale so far (contracts have been exchange!) has gone without issue.

Gavin and the team at White Rhino are amazing. Our property was on the market for less than a month. Communication is fantastic with summaries and feedback from potential buyers after each open home. Advertising is amazing quality and you are not oversold on marketing that won’t get results. If you are looking for an outstanding agent and a professional team with excellent communication and great results you can’t go past Gav and the team at White Rhino.
