My first experience buying a property was unfortunately a very bad experience as the sales agent was not the most honest, patient or understanding. I was nervous to have to deal with another real-estate agent for the sale of my property. HOWEVER... Buying my first home was a very scary experience filled with frustration of dealing with Real Estate Agents, until I came across Gavin and Belinda. It was evident that all other Agents I had dealt with just wanted my money and didn't care much for what was a good investment for me (nor did they even listen to what I was saying). Gavin and Belinda however listened intently to everything I said, were completely honest and transparent with their dealings with me, and completely flawed me with their market knowledge and advice for a rather ignorant first home buyer. Their communication was impeccable and did not wane throughout the sale process, they kept me updated all throughout the process and advised what would typically happen next with timeframes etc. I cannot believe how simple and easy my first home buyer situation was and I really do owe it all to the experience, professionalism, and continued communication from Gavin and Belinda. We were looking at another property that White Rhino also had in their books and Belinda Maggs greeted us. We weren't interested in that property so we kept looking. When we first visited 26 Plummer Street, Belinda was there again and she actually remembered us and asked us lots of questions about our needs/wants regarding the house of our dreams. We asked her to see the house another two times and she was very diligent and pleasant. The 3rd time we saw the property, Gavin was present and they both answered all of our questions which finally lead us to make our final decision and put an offer on the house. Our settlement is in 10 days and so far everything has been super smooth. Our experience has been phenomenal.
