I used Gavin Van Zyl from White Rhino for the sale of my property in Googong after being recommended by a family member. Gavin totally lived up to the expectation which had been set proving to be the ultimate professional from the start to the end of the sale process. Gavin acted with honesty and integrity at all times and I would recommend anyone who is considering buying or selling a property to touch base with him prior to listing with another agent even if it is just to get a second opinion.

Highly recommend Gavin and his team at White Rhino. Had a previous agent try sell our home with no offers for 3 months. Once Gavin took over we got our first offer in 24 hours and sold a week later!

Living in Googong, we wanted someone who well understood the local market. Gavin lives in Googong, and so he was the ideal choice, and gave us what turned out to be a very realistic appraisal. Throughout the exhibition process he was pursuing all leads, made suggestions, and kept us well informed. During negotiations, Gavin skillfully brought ourselves and the buyers to to agreement in a manner which delivered a result acceptalbe to both parties, without undue pressure or stress. We would be very happy to undertake any future sales through Gavin.

From the moment we met I knew we were in the right hands. Gavin spoke to us in a language we understood. It felt like we had known each other our entire life. He was very knowledgeable about pricing and advertising and the photos looked amazing. It did not take long for a buyer to be interested. The sale was smooth sailing and we received a great price for our place. We will most definitely have Gavin sell our next property.

Thanks for your help to find our new family home! White Rhino were a pleasure to deal with and always happy to make themselves available to give us a private viewing whilst we made our final desision. They even checked in with us when we’d been in our home for 3 months to ensure complete satisfaction! Great service.

Gavin knows the market and got us our asking price first week. Really worthwhile having an agent who knows the value of the area and how to market a house to get the best result.
