In the most difficult climate to sell a house in decades, Angus and his team never wavered in their goal and came up trumps. Visitors to our home were limited because of Covid restrictions but Whitehouse got the job done with a minimum of fuss. Angus gave terrific advice, located buyers and not browsers and, after a few weeks, the SOLD sign was up. We found Whitehouse easy to deal with and would strongly commend them to anyone wishing to sell their biggest asset. Unsurprisingly, this family-run agency is expanding. We bought our apartment from Angus over ten years ago. Since then we've kept in touch, bumped into each other and so on. When it came time to sell recently we met with three agents to decide who to choose for the job. We wanted the absolute top dollar for our place but we also wanted someone we could trust and wouldn't BS us - or potential buyers. All three agents (including Angus) are the best in the area. But Marianella and I were both convinced Angus and his team were the best people to to sell our Balgowlah apartment. He had some very tough competition too. We sold another property last year with another agent and learned a lot from the experience... Let's just say it wasn't an easy or pleasant process. Angus and Tim did more than sell the place, they helped me move furniture. Angus was also a good sounding board for the properties we were looking at buying - even though they weren't Whitehouse listings. We pushed Angus hard to get the highest price too. And because we were able to trust him, we felt good about the price we accepted even selling before auction too as the Covid lockdown caused a bit of turmoil in the market. Marketing our property was complicated by the Covid lockdown, yet we managed to meet and exceed our initial price expectations. Never did I imagine when I chose to sell my property in Sydney it would be done without my entering the unit. Covid-19 restrictions did that. The Whitehouse Real Estate Sales team are amazing. Angus has ably managed our two investment properties in the Stockland Balgowlah development for the past ten years and sold them both on our behalf in the past year, both sales exceeding our price expectation. We live outside Sydney. For our recent sale Angus undertook refurbishment of the apartment. His team organised re-painting, re-carpeting, cleaning and furniture staging. The end result?
