We bought our apartment from Angus over ten years ago. Since then we've kept in touch, bumped into each other and so on. When it came time to sell recently we met with three agents to decide who to choose for the job. We wanted the absolute top dollar for our place but we also wanted someone we could trust and wouldn't BS us - or potential buyers. All three agents (including Angus) are the best in the area. But Marianella and I were both convinced Angus and his team were the best people to to sell our Balgowlah apartment. He had some very tough competition too. We sold another property last year with another agent and learned a lot from the experience... Let's just say it wasn't an easy or pleasant process. Angus and Tim did more than sell the place, they helped me move furniture. Angus was also a good sounding board for the properties we were looking at buying - even though they weren't Whitehouse listings. We pushed Angus hard to get the highest price too. And because we were able to trust him, we felt good about the price we accepted even selling before auction too as the Covid lockdown caused a bit of turmoil in the market. Marketing our property was complicated by the Covid lockdown, yet we managed to meet and exceed our initial price expectations. Never did I imagine when I chose to sell my property in Sydney it would be done without my entering the unit. Covid-19 restrictions did that. The Whitehouse Real Estate Sales team are amazing. Angus has ably managed our two investment properties in the Stockland Balgowlah development for the past ten years and sold them both on our behalf in the past year, both sales exceeding our price expectation.
