Paul and I entered into the selling of our house after several failed attempts at reaching a satisfactory price with other agencies. It was a really refreshing experience to listen to Heidi say we could get this price but you would need to do exactly as the stylist said, which is what we did. The work we did on the house initially wasn't really up to standard so Heidi just calmly stated we needed to redo some of it if we wanted the price. This was not easy for us but we did it and we were both struck by Heidi's honesty and her belief that if we did the best then the result would be the best. This is exactly what happened . Heidi achieved more than we expected she did this because she is professional, honest and assertive in her attitude and she works unbelievably hard.
