Heidi made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other agents may not have done, like giving us staging tips, providing an internal designer, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and was a stand out. From day 1 Heidi gave us confidence. This was the first house we have sold and we spoke to a few agents, and Heidi was always the obvious choice. She put us at ease, she cared about your experience, and she was quietly reassuring that we would get the price we sought. She was not the sort of brash in your face agent we had met elsewhere, and that was good. Throughout the process she kept us abreast of offers, of interest, and of anything we could do, and in the end selling our house wasn't anywhere near as stressful as we anticipated. We found her to be extremely helpful and forthcoming, and generous with her time, firstly in providing information on the Geelong market and various suburbs to narrow our search. Shortly afterwards when we entered the pre-auction negotiation phase we found her to be highly professional, efficient and prompt in responding during this process. All the documentation was processed accurately and efficiently. In the lead up to settlement, and immediately afterwards, Heidi was very helpful in contacting the vendor to obtain extra information about the house we bought, again this was all done very promptly. The view we formed is that Heidi is a highly professional agent.

Heidi was an amazing agent when recently selling our two town houses. She always went the extra mile to get people to inspect our properties. eg trying different times of the day, different days of the week, open for inspections and also private viewings. No suggestion was ignored but taken on board immediately and acted upon and in return she had great ideas for us in terms of presenting our houses. Heidi was professional at all times and worked so hard. She was always warm and friendly to ourselves and prospective buyers, even if she knew they were not there to buy but to get ideas for their own homes. She was not there for a quick and easy sale but rather to get the best result for us.
