Andrew achieved a fantastic price in a very difficult market. Andrew proactively marketed the property through his extensive network of buyers, electronic and print media. Andrew guided our approach to the complex process of subdividing the land and marketing the parcel of land prior to the block being cleared. We benefited from Andrew ability to share and communicate the future developed block to prospective purchasers ahead of the blocks being cleared. Andrew was excellent at communicating and solving some really challenging issues with us and the purchaser. He was caring, insightful, humanistic, sincere, present, positive and focused on achieving a positive outcome for us and the purchaser. I have been buying and selling Real Estate since I purchased my first home in 1978, and have been fortunate enough to own properties both interstate and overseas.
