Olivia and Sarah understood my family's requirements and did not waste any of our time showing us properties not commensurate with those requirements. They handled the transfer with professionalism and without fuss for me. They subsequently handled the sale of two of our properties in an equally professional way that was no burden to me. Their work from my viewpoint of both purchaser and vendor was honest, authentic and professional.

Exceptional agent
The broader Porteous team gave us wonderful service with Olivia Porteous and Peter Robertson working together brilliantly as our agents. Their ability to keep us in the loop as things unfolded , help us map out the way forward ( selling strategy plus commercial aspects) , provide input re house preparation and generally support us was really special. We would heartily recommend them to anyone selling their house and we think they worked as hard on the buy side. A stand out experience.
Olivia is a brilliant agent. Her knowledge of the changing market is accurate. Her focus for a seller is to put the sellers best interests first, from the initial market appraisal to subsequent negotiation focused on getting the best sales result.
