On top of it all!
Charmaine at Williams RE was really quick to let us know that the current tenant was moving out, and getting onto finding a suitable new tenant asap. As we are based out of the state this was really helpful. She provided great insight into the applicants and helped us make a decision about the right path forward.

Fabulous Real Estate Agency

Hi, I'd like to provide feedback about Charmaine. I had applied for the property located at 162 Hudson St, Spotswood. Upon my inspection, Charmaine welcomed my queries and provided detailed answers. When I applied for the property, Charmaine and I had active communication pertaining to the progress of the application and until it's finalization. I'd like to mention an important point that caught my attention. I noticed that Williams Real Estate had emailed me detailed and clear information about the basic rules and regulations about the property that also included the inspection time frames, which I personally find very useful. I have communicated to few Real Estates but with Williams Real Estate I sensed a certain level of professionalism in their email communications as well as in person interaction. I received an email from Natasha about how to obtain keys for the property and some other instruction and they were very clear, easy to understand. When I visited Williams RE's Newport office, I was welcomed by the staff at the reception who looked after me without wasting any time and provided me with the property keys. I did sense an atmosphere of professionalism in your office too. The reason I am saying this is because I have visited many Real Estate offices and yes, I am sure they are professional at their dealings etc etc. But your staff, office and customer dealings certainly put an impression on me. I have taken some time to provide this feedback because I genuinely wanted to. Thank you. Hassan

Definitely recommend
I am definitely going to recommend Charmaine to look after your rental property. She has been a pleasure to deal with. She looked after me very well and found a tenant that I am happy with.
