From day one, John came across as genuine but more importantly, understanding of our unique situation and responding accordingly, not providing a default service. Selling a first family home owned for over 47 years requires delicate management, he did so effortlessly. He was warm but clear and concise, providing constant feedback / suggestions on the house presentation and following every open house. He arranged additional inspections as requested by potential buyers and kept in constant contact which provided excellent information for the direction of our sales strategy towards the end. His recommendations ultimately lead to an excellent result, well above our reserve. We thank him for his work but more importantly, the way he treated my elderly parents during a very emotional period. As my mum put it; "he is a very good man"
