Instant ease and trust
Upon our initial meeting with Katie our decision was made that we had the right agent for the sale of our house. Katie has an extensive knowledge of the area and current market at all times. Her communication is outstanding. Nothing is to much for Katie. Her and her team of agents are extremely professional and very informative. Every open was followed up with a detailed phone call, unlike other agencies we had previously used whom only sent an email. Professional and great to work with

Good result
As remote sellers it wasn’t as straightforward as other sales might be. With repairs and fixes before getting the house on the market, there were a few delays and miscommunications. However once the property was on the market everything happened very quickly, less than a week, and Katie managed negotiations very well. The buyer needed a quick settlement and made an offer that was in our range and we were happy to avoid holding on and going to auction so it was good for both the buyer and seller.

Katie went over and beyond to deliver us a great result.
Katie's knowledge of Williamstown was extensive and very important to us as sellers given we didn't live in the area. Her communication was excellent sharing information throughout the sales campaign with us, not too little and not too much. Katie not only ran she sale of the property but also did the auction, which by the way was one of the best delivered I have seen.
