Michael's knowledge and persistence is only part of the deal, he does what he says he will do and we have now sold 3 properties with Michael. Most recently the campaign was slowing with a day before the auction, but Michael advised he would contact all parties that had come through with some interest. Bottom line the property sold before auction above initial expectations but more in line with current market. Had Michael not made those calls and encouraged us to accept the offer on the table, the property may not have sold. Shame we don't have any more rentals to sell because Williams is the only agent I would recommend.
