The property in question was unusual in a number of respects which made setting a Reserve Price somewhat difficult, so when coupled with the inspection challenges and initial auction postponement due to COVID-19 restrictions, the eventual Zoom auction outcome was a good result. Not many people want to put their house on the market during COVID. Katie insisted that it wouldn't be that hard. We were very fortunate to have Katie in our corner. Every question was answered, every problem was solved & nothing was too hard for her to handle. Finally prospective buyers were allowed through the property & a zoom auction finished it off. A whole different experience but an excellent outcome. I cannot recommend Katie enough - especially through tough conditions.
