Katie had done work for my father and brother and I had seen first hand the way she operates. I had no hesitation listing with her when it came to sell. Experience and presentation first class.

John was proactive in assisting us with getting ready for the sale - including advising on documents to prepare, advice to tenants, arranging tradesman to attend to minor matters to fix in preparation for sale, smoothing the whole sale process smooth. His advice to us demonstrated an awareness of the market and his experience in arranging for a campaign leading up to an auction, and then negotiating the sale. Very happy with service and would not hesitate in recommending him to others

In a world of verbiage, Katie is to the point and a woman of action. She has been a ball of energy, whether it is responding to my enquires, or organising changes and appointments. Katie’s professionalism is very apparent as is her familiarity with the local market. Couldn’t ask for better.

John is extremely eager and a great sales agent whom communicates well with the vendor. We were very happy with communications and a very quick sale resulted from his efficiency. Dont bother with anyone else Johns very good.
