The agent arrived on time, comms was good and everything went smoothly for my viewing, offer and purchase. The sellers were in a slightly complicated situation but it was sorted happily. All good

Exceptional communication and follow up
The purchase of our dream property was delayed due to issues on the sellers’ side. Lucas and the team at Wilsons were amazing! They kept us in the loop - not just when there was something to report but on a regular basis. And Lucas always returned my ad hoc calls and arranged for us to see the property and meet with the owner so we could start planning before settlement. At all times, Lucas was really friendly and made us feel like we were important to the team. We would highly recommend Lucas Wilson for any property transaction.

Great service
Was quite happy with service and inform abilities. Through out the inspection he was very happy too answer any question to the best of his knowledge. After the inspection and offer approval through out the whole process all calls were answered and questions and inquiries were adhered too. After a building inspection was carried out he was very happy too get in touch with proper parties too renegotiate even after offers were approved. Lovely service.
