What a Fantastic Person Lucas Wilson is indeed. His Gentleman like professional attitude. Fantastic!
Contact with Lucas via telephone or face to face was fantastic. He always responded to calls and arrived on time for inspections. Great personality, very friendly and very well informed regarding the property I inspected and eventually purchased. He followed through with my request to remove an article from the property I purchased, as well as ensuring the lawns were mowed prior to my settlement day. Great team at Wilsons!!!

Lucas acted as our seller agent when we sold our property in Warrnambool.
We recently sold our property in Warrnambool and after receiving property valuations from 4 realestate agent we decided to use Wilsons. When I spoke to Lucas he was very confident with the value he had assessed our property at and believed this was a realistic for the current market. Once we confirmed we would be using Wilsons to market our property Lucas displayed great efficiency in getting the property on the market. From the outset Lucas’s communication with us was outstanding, informing us of every development as they occurred. To our delight our property sold very quickly and realised a price above the asking figure.
