Ours was a very challenging property to sell due to 4 sometimes difficult tenants, yet Silviya managed it during extreme Covid border restrictions. Silviya was determined and focused on getting an outcome without pressuring us to accept lower offers. She demonstrated patience, fortitude, problem solving and negotiation between tenants, property manager (at a different agency) and multiple potential purchasers who weren't always well organised and not always truthful.
