Listens and acts to get results
House had been with another agent for 120 days. Picked Clinton on the basis of regular discussion visiting house that Clinton was servicing. Provided some very specific instructions that Clinton took onboard with great clarity. Extremely please with how the house was described and presented to market. Clinton kept us informed of every enquiry. A great offer was secured and the house sold with a minimum of fuss. Clinton did exactly what he promised to do. Did I mention it was sold barely two weeks from being back on the market. My enquirers around Wodonga / Albury Cleary show that Clinton is a well known local who works without the use of smoke and mirrors. If needed, I would definitely use Clinton again. He is probably the most experienced and best agent in Wodonga.
