First home buyer. Agent was very misleading and not helpful at all. I understand the agent is representing the buyer but at some point it becomes unconscionable. Please don’t give an extract of 5 pages of the COS signing pages and advertise that as an offer. Felt bullied as a first home buyer and would never go with this firm by choice. My conveyancer also mentioned the bad practice of this agency. I think it’s very bull headed behavior and the agency should have a look at their practice. Agent told me upon offer that it was “well below” despite having a convo the day prior about the acceptable range. I understand the need to get top offers but you really need to take into consideration how you deal with the other party. Would never use your agency in the future.
