I can't find fault with Sam's service. He is a hardworking agent who will make sure your property gets the exposure and buyers get all the attention they require to make a decision. Sam set up several after hours and ad hoc insepction times to get buyers through our property and called back every buyer and exhaustively follow up on every lead.
