We were initially attracted to Woodards due to their exceptional digital media campaigns and Sam in particular for the excellent results we noted he was achieving in our area. We were not disappointed. Sam was an attentive and professional agent, keeping us informed at all stages of the sales campaign and always quick and happy to respond to any of our questions. He was willing to make recommendations for related services (such as property stylists) at our request, as well as taking us through every aspect of the sale to remove as much uncertainty as is possible in an auction process! We were impressed with his role as auctioneer and delighted with the outcome of our sale.
