Rachel was accessible in terms of communication and was prompt to every meeting and Open for Insepections. She was courteous and respectful. Re the outcome of the auction she was instrumental in securing our 1 bidder who fortunately came to an early evening OFI that we requested. Rachel was also an effective negotiator with our buyer. While we were not unimpressed by the final Progress Meeting which indicated there were no definite buyers and certainly no situation where there may be more than one our concerns were: 1. The market knowledge and the challenges our floor plan presented did not align sufficiently and at no point during the initial interview or the second interview were we informed of the potential challenges that might present. 2. The client base appeared to be quite limited and did not extend much beyond the local area and close suburbs and did not match with the accomodation the house offered eg a family with 2 children. 3. One of the key potential buyers remained on the final Progress Meeting report yet when the buyers mother spoke to me after the auction, while they clearly loved the house, it was obvious our home could never meet their brief given her son's mother in laws requirements.
