From estimating property market value to end of auction, Jessica and Woodards were great the whole way through. They were able to balance the tenant's needs and the needs of perspective buyers without trouble. She was able to effectively market the property which resulted in a sale price we were happy with. We couldn't be more delighted with the way our sale was handled primarily by Julian Badenach and Jessica Hellman. Tyrrell Ave is the 3rd property that Julian has sold for our family over the last 11 years. Julian has the delightful balance of professionalism and personal warmth and his availability over the campaign has been unstinting. Jessica has a delightful personality for real estate sales work and answered questions in a very measured and mature way. The reports from Open for Inspection days have been very comprehensive and always followed up by a phone call. We were very impressed with the Midway and Pre-Auction Meetings and well researched Marketing reports, it was obvious that there was a lot of work behind the scenes leading up to Auction Day. I don't think that we had any questions leading up to Auction Day that weren't anticipated and explained. Auctioneer Cameron Way lived up to his reputation and sold the property very astutely, I think we are all pinching ourselves regarding the result. We are laying low at the moment as the sale of our property seems to be quite a talking point in Blackburn. Rest assured that whoever we speak to we are highly recommending Woodards to them and pointing out Julian's length of service in the area.

Cannot rate too highly. He deserves 11/10 in every respect. Luke responded to a 7 pm enquiry on the night before our auction. That enquirer bought our house the next day! How many agents would have done that? He is also rated 11/10 as a super auctioneer.

I appointed Mark to sell 2 properties for me at the same time, both different areas, price points and type of house. His communication with me throughout was above and beyond, I barely had to think about the process at all. He also had to deal with a really difficult tenant of mine and his patience and skill were brilliant. One one property in particular he negotiated 30k more on the purchase price than I expected to get, and got me the expected price on the other property. All in all, extremely happy with my experience with Mark and Woodards, and would highly recommend Mark to anyone thinking of selling or buying.
