We bought a house during a period of COVID lockdown and Stuart made it very easy to do so. He was accommodating in allowing to set up multiple visits to the house, which made it easier for us to visualise ourselves living there. Stuart was also forthright with information about how many others we signed up to the auction, etc. The online auction experience was smooth - we used the GAVL app. After auction, Stuart invited us to go and put the "sold"sticker out the front (something we hadn't even thought about given the COVID situation), and encouraged us to enjoy this moment! He calmness was helpful in the excitement/nervousness of buying a house. Following purchase, Stuart was helpful in guiding us through to settlement, keeping up the good & regular communications.
