When Sam arrived., he took the measurements of all the rooms and totalled the metric area and at no time was he critical of the property. but quite the opposite in that during our conversation he, in fact concentrated on the major points that would make the property more attractive to sell . The week that the Government banned open property inspections turned out to be crucial as Sam had managed to follow up the possibility of selling the property to the eventual buyer who had inspected the property prior the Government inspection ban and seriousness of the deadly virus had hit home and house valuations plummeted
