Glenn was at all times professional and lovely to deal with. Living interstate it was important that I was given the right advice and information about my investment property that I hadn’t sighted for several years. Jason oversaw the maintenance on the property and attended to all presale preparations. The result was impressive. During the marketing campaign, and from first contact, Jason kept me well informed - called when he said he would and returned any missed called promptly. His attention to detail and follow up of prospective buyers was outstanding. Auction day was a success with the property going quickly and at the right price. I am extremely happy i engaged Woodards to sell our property. Woodards had managed the property as a rental for a number of years and I have been impressed with the professionalism and commitment to deliver a high standard of service to clients. As I am overseas, I was unable to meet Glenn Bartlett beforehand or to attend the auction on the day. He managed my initial hesitancy and occasional slowness with extreme patience during the lead-up period. Far away from Australia, I had no means of gauging the progress of the marketing campaign, but Glenn regularly emailed helpful updates regarding media coverage and interaction with prospective buyers. I believe these updates to have been honest and objective, because he passed on the unfavourable comments too; the property would present various practical problems for a buyer, in terms of its present condition and the constraints of heritage issues, and Glenn nicely balanced those comments with encouraging feedback so that I wouldn’t feel downhearted. This message was sent to me by a friend who has seen many property auctions in Australia: “The auction went very well and I was very impressed with the conduct of the auction by Glenn Bartlett.” I am glad of this opportunity to record my appreciation of Glenn Bartlett’s efforts, since I was fairly incoherent with stress at the time of the auction and he may have been disappointed by my laid-back reaction to the outcome of the sale.

As a first home buyer, a lot of the process of purchasing a property was unknown to me. Sam was very clear in his explanation of the process of putting in an offer on a property and was great at updating me along the (very stressful) 24 hour period where I was waiting to find out if my offer was accepted. We had a few conversations around the vendors' terms and he was very clear on what was best for them as well. Ultimately he helped me get my dream first property (within a week of it being listed online and with around five other offers). If I ever decide to sell again I'll be contacting him first.
