The experience of selling was for me a daunting experience but Vicki covered off on any requirements as they arose. I felt listened to, and a solution found for every barrier. I had only looked at a couple of properties and this was the first weekend of potential auctions for me. John made an effort to get me through privately as I only looked a day or so before the auction and had run out of openings.
