What an agent, and what an agency!
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to deal with Woodards in Glen Huntly, for purchasing, selling and property managing. The team are highly professional, with exceptional levels of service and knowledge. Clare Adams, is simply the best agent I have dealt with for selling property. Clare's communication from start to finish cannot be faulted. Her market knowledge and negotiation skills set a high bench mark for the real estate industry. A great campaign with a very personable touch
I shopped around before selecting an agent and it's fair to say that for me it was about feeling comfortable with the agent and knowing they were going to go the extra yard to achieve the best result for me. May sound a little selfish but it's not everyday you sell property. Maria's quick reaction time to my initial enquiry placed Woodards in front on first impressions. After crunching the numbers and evaluating feedback from other agents it was Maria's sense of urgency and personable touch that got got me across the line. Of course until your property is sold and campaign complete you are never sure if you have made the right decision but in the lead up to the first open for inspection Maria dropped by to check on progress and it was not long before she had a vacuum in her hand helping in the preparation!!! Now that's going the extra yard. It was this together with the professional guidance from both Maria and Cedric on how to set up my property to deliver the best result in auction day that really confirmed that my decision to appoint Woodards as the agent was indeed the right one. As the campaign progressed I received comprehensive reviews from each open for inspection, something that kept me well in touch what to expect come auction day and the pre auction meeting and overview of what to expect on the day really helped in calming the nerves and ensuring I was as informed as possible on likely outcomes on the big day. I can't thank you both enough for your efforts and should I or anyone I know be selling a property in the future I will be sure to recommend the you both. Thankyou again
