Clare managed the sale of my property in conjunction with Ruth Roberts (who was my auctioneer). Clare conducted all of the opens for inspection and the business associated with preparing the flat for auction. Dealing with her was flawless; she was regularly in touch throughout the campaign with helpful updates about levels of interest and the types and numbers of buyers who were inspecting.
