I would highly recommend the rental process. It was efficient, transparent, and hassle-free. The communication with the landlord or property management team was excellent, and they promptly addressed any concerns or queries I had. The paperwork and documentation were handled smoothly, and I received all the necessary information in a timely manner. My property was assigned to Gary Birkinshaw to lease out. I was uncertain and unsure of what to expect at first. However, all was put to rest after having just one phone call conversation with Gary. Thereafter Gary, having understood my requirements, was quick to act and success was the answer in acquiring the perfect tenant for my place in a fast turnaround. Totally happy and would recommend Gary to anyone seeking good service and result. Thank you, Gary. Well done.

Respond was always quick even over the weekend to any enquiry we submit. The staff are professional and friendly. We are very happy to recommend Xceed to anyone looking to rent a property or buy or sell their home.

We moved over to Exceed, as our previous agent did not meet our expectations and seemed to be more tenant sided, than have the Landlords property interests in mind. After all, we are the ones employing them for a service. So far, very happy with our dealings with Exceed
