Excellent Service

We were looking for a rental property and realised the demand in Hammond Park was high. Fortunately we managed to find a property within 2 weeks. The agency was quick to respond to: an inspection date, any queries, and to provide us with the lease contract. Excellent communication by keeping us updated on anything happening/changing. Never experienced service this fast before in property. Really had a smooth transaction.

Smooth Application Process

My partner and I had a smooth application process with Xceed Real Estate. Everything is done online instead of the old fashion paper form so it made it easy for us to do things from how our phone. They were prompt with responses also. Thank you.

Amazing experience 10/10

Courtenay and Emma where so lovely and helpful at the beginning of our journey with Xceed. And Rochelle just lovely and so helpful. She made it so easy for us to get the keys and answered all our questions. We’ve had some horrible experiences in the past, so we are even more grateful we crossed paths with Xceed real estate! Would highly recommend!
