Everything from start to finish has been extremely efficient and professional. I am currently a tenant but should I be looking for a property manager in the future, I would not hesitate using Xceed.

Kristie-Lee helped me to lease my new investment property recently. I was very impressed with Kristie-Lee's professionalism, attention to detail, genuine willingness to help me as an interstate purchaser and her ability to find great tenants for my property in a timely manner. I'd highly recommend Kristie-Lee to any investor looking to buy in Perth!

Excellent communication with landlord throughout the entire leasing process. The property was leased on the first week. The agent has great knowledge on the market and has given me a peace of mind when dealing applications and choosing the right offer.

We had a beautiful experience with Xceed recently trying to find a rental. They always had very clear communication and went above and beyond to help us with moving in. Thank you so much again!

The inspection process and application process was handled well and very efficiently. Staff were friendly and accommodating We were requested to move in 3-4 days earlier which we politely declined as we had yet to hand in formal notice on our current rental After signing, I would expect a little more flexibility and an accommodating nature. Our requests to pick up the keys late the day before move-in (in order to start the move the night before a busy work week) were repeatedly refused. This meant we have to completely change removal plans to accommodate Exceed. Should be the other way around. Very disappointing and has left a sour taste
Xceed Real Estate
Okay experience. Not very communicative but fairly professional.
