We have successfully applied to one of the apartments managed by Xceed Real Estate. The application process was fast, considering the number of applicants inspecting the apartment that day. We did everything online. The platform was user-friendly, and the communication was effective. We have had a good experience so far.
Xceed Real Estate
Easy communication, hassle free, no constant calling or emailing, but kept up to date where we were in the process of leasing. Every step was explained to us on our initial conversation & any queries swiftly answered. We are very pleased with their service to us as new tenants.

We were looking for an apartment and we’re lucky to find it quickly. We loved that photos on the web-site were close to the real apartment; the inspections were comfortable and the agent was ready to answer questions with details. There were a couple of misprints in the tenant agreement, but they were fixed during 1 working day.
Xceed Real Estate
Easy to deal with and clear communication.

The process was smooth and hassle free. We recently bought an investment property and appointed Xceed to be our property manager. From the start they were pro-active with the process. Assisted is with final inspection and manage to put our property in the rental market a few days before settlement. Robyn was great and helped us with the process and manage to find us a tenant within a few days of settlement. She was also selective with the tenant choice and we are very happy with the result. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a property manager to consider Xceed. Thank you Xceed for assisting us! :)

Very efficient and effective team. I inspected two properties through Exceed. I selected one of that and Exceed help me closed the deal within next two days of application. Special thanks to Courtenay. She is really prompt on her job. Whatever query I had raised, she replied very promptly Keep up good work. I have experience to wait for the applications outcome more than a month through other property management company but Exceed is really good.
Xceed Real Estate
Exceptional service from first phone call to ongoing management from the whole team. Robyn Lee in particular has been outstanding. She has been across every aspect of the letting and maintenance process and got us a great result.
