I have had my property with Xceed now for over five years and I haven't had any issues. Any problems with the property they have been very prompt inform me, provide quotes if necessary & get it resolved once they have my authorisation. Our representatives attended a house inspection on the Saturday and we submitted our application on the same day. We were delighted with the promptness of receiving correspondence on the Monday, with a lease signed on the Tuesday. After the initial inspection, the remainder of the process was done electronically/over the phone which suited our needs as we are yet to relocate to Perth.
