Agents were very prompt with answering any questions I had. Great service and very attentive. However, the system to complete the entry condition report is so poor. It is not optimised for the PC and they make you upload pictures with your comments. I wasted so much time filling out and it crashes and doesn't save. Wasted 3 hours of my time and then finally after 4 hours I got it complete.

It my first rent in Australia. It took me 3 weeks to find something nicer to rent , they were extremely punctual, the girls were very friendly and profissional . The process was very serious , but once approved, it was very cordial and polite. I recommend !!!!

I, particularly admire their understanding, patience and willingness to get back to applicants who submit incomplete applications. In light of the current tight rental market and high demand for properties, one would expect incomplete applications to be thrashed but not with Xceed!
