Excellent From Start To Finish!
I had the pleasure of working with Kristie in getting the property listed and Rochelle who is the property manager. Both were incredibly helpful throughout the process and kept me informed about everything that was happening. Special shout out to Kristie who gave me so much advice and went above and beyond to secure the best outcome for me!

Constantly chasing them for follow up and info
The tenant broke the lease and Xceed found a new tenant very fast, at a significantly better rental value (easy market conditions to do so though), which was great.... but (I think due to COVID in the office) I was given no information, no outgoing inspection was done, no arrangements for remedial work before the new tenant moved in, no bond statement, nothing. Even prior to this, a quote for a new fence and other repairs have been taking forever. Just constantly chasing them for information and follow-ups. I hate that it makes me the owner look bad to the tenants, when it's the agent that's at fault. I want to be the best landlord ever and they simply don't make that possible. I inherited this agent when they bought my old agent out, and I'd change agents but I haven't had much better service with several others either so not sure its worth the hassle.
