Renting 28A Marlow St Wembley WA
So far we have no complaints with the process of renting a premises via Xceed. This is our first experience of renting and we have done so during an extremely difficult time for tenants in securing a place to live and consequently we are paying a premium rental in order to secure a place. We have just completed our first two weeks as tenants and hope that the good relations so far with Xceed continue for the period of the lease and we welcome the opportunity to write a review in twelve months from now. Rented house
The best real estate company I have ever deal with. Very professional, experienced and helpful agents and brokers. They also help me with the application documentation, within one day we rented our house. Highly recommend.

Prompt and professional
We applied on a Sunday afternoon, they had called references by 7pm that night. We were in our place the following weekend. Very friendly and professional throughout the process. Received a gift pack upon lease signing. Greatly appreciated.

Disappointed
XceedsRe initial contact and communication/documentation etc was great, however once we moved into our rental property the service was poor (repairs still not seen to, two weeks since we moved in but still the shower head that was on the floor is not fixed yet), the ball keeps passing. Disappointed with the state of the property.

Poor customer service from assistant
My intial Liaison with Xceed was wonderful Amalie was fantastic. But then she got sick and I had to deal with her assistant, who I found quite rude and short. Had not even moved in yet and the garage door broke and remotes broke. The real estate property report was incorrect. (the final inspection they did before allowing tenant to move in) Trying to get in touch with anyone is impossible.
