It would be unfair to rate Xceed on their sales expertise in this market-the worst I have seen-but the baseline is that I did list my property with Xceed and they did not sell it. With all that I felt it reasonable to give them all of my encouragement and support as their efforts were significant and extensive. I have since rented the property via their agency (merci) and I'm comfortable so far. It is to be noted that my property is not in their area by any stretch of the imagination but they earned my patronage. The local agency made me feel uncomfortable for a few reasons.
