Xceed Real Estate
As we were relocating from New Zealand it was a bit of a logistical nightmare getting a rental before we arrived. Xceed made the process super easy and we really do appreciate all the support they have given us getting into our new home
Xceed Real Estate
The property reports are substandards at best. The final and strat up inspection is not done properly without looking at the details of property condition

Being a first time renter, I didn't know what to expect. It was all fairly smooth sailing, thanks to Rochelle (and Ashleigh, Rochelle's assistant). She answered the questions I had, immediately and even advised me on things I hadn't even thought of. On the whole, it's been a pleasant experience!
Xceed Real Estate
Very friendly and helpful. Always have time for me, to answer all my queries. They always return my calls and keep me posted with the progress of the leasing period. Very happy. June French
