All contact with the Exceed rental agents, viewing personal and now my appointed property manager has been fantastic and has been a great experience since moving to Perth. They have all been accommodating in viewing times on properties and very fast and clear in their reply communications and they have now found me a wonderful property that suits my requirements. I recommend their service and agents to any persons looking to either lease properties or landlords wanting expert and reliable services on their rental homes.

Petre and Iris are amazing. They contact me when there is anything and is quickly fixed. My property was released recently and those 2 were on too it a month before, so there was no time lost.

Fantastic communication from Kristie. She is very helpful and answered all my queries without a fuss. Communication was excellent, I was kept informed with the process and open homes report. I would give 7 stars, however, only 5 Stars allowed :)

After our tenant did "a runner" we had a long drawn-out process due to Govt red-tape. Xceed did everything right to make all the correct procedures turn out right. Iris in particular was fantastic in keeping us up to date. We now have new tenants thanks to all the help from Xceed Real Estate.
