Everything was smooth moving in except getting our power connected no one could tell us how to do our power and it turns out even though we live at 6/2 villa pass our power address is 6/53 the parkway which we weren't informed. Other than that it's a great real estate

As an interstate investor I've never seen the property in person. Xceed has managed it well all the years. I found communication with them to be extremely easy and responsive. They keep good records and follow up in details. Over the years the property manager changed few times however the services has been consistently reliable. Well done!

The customer service of xceed real estate is absolutely amazing. They work so so hard, quick & efficient! Its an absolute joy comparing to the last real estate agencies we've leased through I want to give them 5 stars just for this reason! However, when we moved in gas was locked off, hot water system was broken and spent 6 days without hot water - on the upside they (and landlord) were very quick and helpful with getting this issue fixed! Was very difficult being the coldest part of winter, we asked to discuss a discount for the first week as there was no hot water... That matter was completely ignored and I'm quite upset about that, as moving is not cheap and we had to do a fair bit of driving to family & friends houses to just even have a shower! :( Nome of this was noted in property condition report/first inspection of the house which I think let them down as well as several points missed in it (just little things like no garage remotes/cant lock the garage door so back yard is not secure, venision blinds which seemed fine until operated , damage to things like towel racks. Unfortunately the office is so far away from the property (well and truly over an hours drive) but the politeness, Promptness does not go unnoticed of this agency - they work well and truly overtime! In particular Amy who had been a huge help to us !! Thanks Amy!
