Bella has been so amazing from the initial house inspection down to communication following the signing of our lease. Overall, the team acted and communicated in a professional manner except for a time when I asked for the lights to be replaced the second time. There was a long period of pause and no feedback to resolve the issue. Only after a new property manager did the issue got resolved promptly. Otherwise, other requests were attended to in a swift manner.
