Tom went above and beyond. He was patient and guided us through all options. He was available anytime of the day. He had a wealth of knowledge and was professional and friendly. He sold our house well above price in 2 days before the first opening. Everything was so easy.

We had the pleasure of purchasing our villa with Rick who right from the outset was through and efficient. We live remotely so our was submitted site unseen (relatives looked through on our behalf). The submission process was streamlined and Rick was available for discussion at every opportunity. We were successful and actually enjoyed the experience. Would highly recommend Rick and in fact we have deployed him for our next sale.

Having used many other agents in the past, it was an easy choice to have Rick sell my property. I used his services for my last property sale where his professionalism, knowledge of the market and ability to negotiate a high sale price are second to none. Rick’s straightforward approach and honesty are rare traits in real estate that provide you with confidence he will deliver what has been discussed. I have recommended Rick to family and friends and will definitely be using his services again in the near future.

Having sold many properties over the last 20 years, I was pleased to see Rick deliver on his word. Rick explained the whole sale process, his strategy to attract buyers to the property and what the value of my property was and what price we would be aiming for, in an open and transparent manner. Not only did we get multiple offers in a short timeframe, but a price above my expectation. Once the contract was accepted, Rick sorted out an issues or concerns making the whole process seamless. Great old fashion service. I wont be using any other agent going forward.

Ryan is the man to use when it comes to selling your property. I wouldn't hesitate ones to use him again. I'm really happy with the outcome of selling my property. Didn't even had to look for a settlement agent because they have one in-house that deals with everything. Thanks Ryan keep up the good work.
