have been a tenant at 22/4 Bulwer Street with Xceed Real Estate, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. From the very beginning, their market knowledge was evident—they provided clear guidance about the property and the local area, making the rental process smooth and stress-free. Their communication has always been prompt and transparent. Any queries or maintenance requests were handled quickly, and I always felt well-informed throughout my tenancy. Above all, the professionalism of the team stood out. Every interaction was respectful, efficient, and supportive, which gave me great confidence as a tenant. I would highly recommend Xceed Real Estate to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property manager in Perth.

Bella Pyke has significant experience managing new properties, with all the complexities around building warranty and related paperwork taken off my shoulders. As a busy person it is a huge responsibility I would rather not deal with. Communication is professional and prompt. Bella took a little extra time finding the perfect tenant for my property instead of simply giving it to the first person who looked good on paper. My tenant loves my little house and I know she’ll take good care of it. The agreed rent is fair to both parties and both owner and tenant satisfaction is important to this company. I feel happy recommending Xceed to investors looking for a highly professional company to take care of their asset. Choose Bella if you have a new build and want the best for it.
