She acted swiftly and professionally to resolve serious issues, including the eviction of a non-paying tenant within six weeks—something the previous company failed to achieve across two court hearings and a trial due to incorrect paperwork. Our tenant recently terminated their lease early and the team at Exceed were able to promptly relet the property with minimal vacancy time. Within 2 weeks of the tenant vacating they were able to have open inspections and presented a number.ber of prospective tenants to us to view. “I’m generally satisfied with my property management company. They handle their responsibilities adequately, and things get done. Essentially the past 12months. However, I feel there’s always room for improvement, particularly in communication and how promptly or thoroughly they address issues when they arise. I’d appreciate seeing more proactive efforts in these areas. Especially when dealing with a difficult tenant. Otherwise no complaints.

Xceed Real Estate appears to be a good reliable agent. My property was transferred to them for rental management recently. My initial contact with them was good. Their leasing department was professional in advising me on how to market my property for a good price and how to secure a tenant quickly. I got my property leased out in a week , which is exceptional, thanks to Courtenay Barry. Cassandra Hodge has now taken over as the Property Manager for my property and we are doing well in our communication. More to say about how my property is managed in the course of the lease period.

Did have some problems a few years back, when I discovered the previous tenants were not paying for water use at the property. My efforts to get the agent to recognise their role in this highly unusual residential water use situation, were rebuffed entirely. I am not prone to writing online reviews, but after many efforts from the agent to get me to write a review, I have acquiesced.
