So grateful to Kristie and her team (Charlie & Rochelle) for helping me rent out my property so quickly! They were incredibly helpful from start to finish, always offering honest advice on what would make the place more appealing to good tenants. Their communication was prompt, their knowledge of the market was impressive, and I felt confident knowing my property was in great hands. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and results-driven agent.

Hard to reach the property manager. Not pro active and constantly disregards issues until brought to notice by myself.

Kristie-Lee, Taneale, Charlie, Madison and the rest of the property management team at Xceed have all been a pleasure to deal with from the get-go. They are friendly, efficient and have communicated with me every step of the way, from the first meeting, through to the handover to the new tenant. They also found the perfect tenant after only one home open! Thank you for making the process so easy and stress-free - I will be recommending your services to anyone who needs them.

The service has been exceptional by Kristie-Lee and the team at Xceed. We have always found them to be one step ahead and very prompt in returning calls and enquiries. It makes us feel confident and assured knowing that we have a team of professionals overseeing our investment property, especially as interstate owners. We value our property management so much that I referred my brother and best friend to them also for their own properties. I can speak highly of them enough.

Michelle is such a professional rental consultant, she has managed a new rental agreement for the property prior the current leasing due date. She is above and beyond the service requirement to to minimise vacancy.

We had a great experience with Bella AGAIN. She helped us from advising on purchasing our investment property to executing it being leased within a week of settlement. She’s been so easy and friendly to deal with, we won’t use anyone else! Thanks Bella
