Lennox was very easy to deal with and always available for any queries and issues and he took care of everything I expected and beyond. Was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend the Xceed team.

Everything was handled professionally, and all maintenance requests were actioned promptly. I just wish the Bond is released sooner.

Molly was fantastic to deal with when leasing out our property. She was friendly, professional and always really prompt in getting back to us. She kept us regularly updated throughout the process, including feedback from the open homes, which made the whole experience really easy from a landlord’s point of view. We were really happy with how smoothly everything was handled and felt confident that our property was in good hands.

Indianna has been the leasing consultant for my property, and I couldn't be happier with the service she's provided. What stood out most was her honesty, she reviewed every applicant and gave me straightforward, professional feedback, even when one of the proposed tenants was someone I personally knew and had put forward myself. Rather than just telling me what I wanted to hear, she gave me her genuine assessment based on her knowledge and experience, which I really value and respected. Indianna also told me upfront that she was committed to improving and getting better results for me, and she's absolutely delivered on that promise. I'd highly recommend Indianna to any landlord looking for an agent who genuinely has their best interests at heart.
