Kiarra is our property manager and right from the start she has been fantastic to deal with. We had several issues with the property when we moved in and within the first couple of weeks she had arranged for people to come in and do the repairs. She has stayed in touch all the way through the process. We can't thank her enough for how quick she got things done.

XCEED was very responsive to all my questions and helped me throughout the process. Organised tradies with ease for fix-ups and answered all my questions. Enough care to feel like they are a boutique firm but so responsive and organised that it feels like they are a global enterprise. Had my property rented in record speed. Highly recommend. Special thanks to Bella, Jennifer and Maddi.

The Xceed team have been amazing. From getting our application across the line with the owners, especially because we hadn’t even landed in the country yet! Then helping and being super understanding as I was going through the bond lodgement and payment process and the delays we experienced due to the international transfer. Organising maintenance on the property to occur so quickly as well on our move in day. Just all around amazing team!! The whole lot of Ashley, Doneata and Sophia. So happy we are with Xceed and looking fwd to the many years ahead.

Molly from Xceed Real Estate did an incredible job leasing out my property on the very first home open. Despite our brief contact, l shared exactly what l was hoping for in a tenant. Her incredible power of discernment and tailored approach shone through, and she completely delivered. She is friendly, efficient, and highly effective. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome! Thank you so much, Molly! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for the same outstanding results l received.

Natalie my property manager has been very good in the management of my 1brm apartment, and delegating tasks to others as needed. Her and the team are very quick to respond any questions I have, and also had my new place rented within a week. Recommend the Natalie if you are looking for a property manager in Doubleview, Woodlands, Wembley area.
