I have had the pleasure of working with Deon over the past few weeks, in establishing a relationship with Xceed and having my property leased. Being a FIFO worker makes it challenging to undertake such tasks. Deon made sure this wasn’t the case. She communicated effectively and made herself available to help where I needed. Her tenant venting process is very thorough, and I trusted her professional opinions in selecting occupants for my property. Above all else, my property was leased in record timing and above market value. A very reassuring start to my time with Xceed. Thank you Deon!

Amber and her team is really keen on helping the process. This is first time for us, a bit complicated but manage well after. The information that given about the property is sometimes not as actual practical but immediately clarified and solved. The process overall is kinda easy once you provide all necessary documents.
